Troubleshooting - Can't Make A Payment

Payments may fail for various reasons. There are a few things to be aware of before you place an order:

  • SecurionPay can only process orders up to $500. If your order total exceeds $500, please remove some items from your cart and retry the order. 

  • Epoch can only process orders with an order total of $2 to $300. If your order total exceeds $300, please remove some items from your cart and retry the order.

  • If you’re using a credit card, prepaid card or gift card, make sure that your card can be used to make international payments. It’s possible that your card may not work outside of your country. Affect3DStore is based in Cyprus.
  • If you use a proxy or VPN, disable it for a few minutes. Then open a new browser page and retry your order. Having an unusual IP address (such as a country different from the one where your card was issued) may cause your bank to restrict your payments.

  • You need an Affect3DStore account to access your downloads. Please make sure to log into your existing account before you go to checkout or register an account before you click the PLACE ORDER button. 
    • If you already have an account, please log into your account here or click Login the Billing Address section on the checkout page before you place your order.
    • If you don’t have an account yet, please register an account here or enter your email address and your desired password in the Billing Address section on the checkout page. (You will be automatically logged into your account after placing your order.)

  • Do not spam the Place Order button if your payment failed the first time. Spamming the button may cause your card to be declined.

I Can’t Pay With SecurionPay / CentroBill (credit card)

You may encounter an error for various reasons. Here’s how to resolve them:

The card was declined
This error may occur for various reasons. Contact your bank to find out why your transaction is being declined. Common reasons why your card was declined could be:

  • Your card doesn’t work outside of your country. Please note that Affect3DStore is based in Cyprus, so you’ll need a card that can make international payments.
  • Your bank was suspicious of the transaction. 
    • If you’re making a huge purchase, let your bank know in advance.
    • You entered the wrong PIN too many times. Retry the order again later. 
    • You’re using a proxy or VPN with an IP address that doesn’t match the country where your card was issued. Disable the VPN and retry the order. 
  • The card has expired. 
  • You haven’t activated the card yet.

An error occurred while processing the card

  • There could be a technical issue, such as a slow internet connection. Retry your order in a new browser session. 
  • If the error persists, contact your bank to find out why your transaction isn’t being processed. 

Invalid card data
You’ve entered the wrong card number and/or wrong PIN. Please enter the correct numbers.

The charge amount exceeds the available fund or the card's credit limit
Your credit card has reached its spending limit. Please contact your bank.  

I Can’t Pay With Epoch

  • Please note that you must select Epoch and then click Place Order. You will then be redirected to a new page where you fill out your payment information.
  • Epoch only shows as a payment option for orders that have an order total of $2 to $300. If your order total is below $2 or above $300, please adjust the number of items in your cart or select a different payment option. 

I Can’t Pay With CoinGate (Bitcoin)

  • Please confirm whether CoinGate services are available in your country here: CoinGate Supported Countries. If your country isn’t supported, please select a different payment method at checkout.
  • Please confirm whether your cryptocurrency is supported here: CoinGate Supported Currencies.

  • Please note that in our store you must first select CoinGate and then click Place Order. You will then be redirected to a new page where you fill out your payment info.
  • Please make sure to pay for your order within the allotted time. If you pay after the invoice expires, then your order may be cancelled in our system. See also CoinGate - Why does an invoice expire after 20 minutes.
  • Please make sure to select the correct cryptocurrency on the payment information page. If you have to hit cancel because you selected the wrong currency, this may cause your order to be cancelled in our system.
