Refunds & Cancellation
Due to the nature of downloadable products, we do not offer refunds on any purchase outside of special circumstances. The customer is responsible for making sure their order is correct before submitting payment. If you have purchased the same product more than once, or have a technical issue that a customer service representative was unable to resolve, you can request a product credit by emailing [email protected] or use the contact form on this page. Please provide the order number(s) in your email to help the customer service representative in resolving the issue.
Cancel or Delete Your Account
If you would like to cancel (a.k.a. delete) your store account, you can contact [email protected] or use the contact form on this page to request an account cancellation. (Note: if using the contact form, we will need to verify the cancellation request with the email on file for the account first.) If you are subscribed to any of our newsletters, or have written comments on a blog post or forum, we can also assist you in removing that information. Please know that by deleting your account, any purchases you have made under the account will cease to be accessible once the cancellation is complete. There is no way to recover a canceled account.
