Refund Policy

Due to the nature of downloadable products, we do not offer refunds on any purchase outside of special circumstances. The customer is responsible for making sure their order is correct before submitting payment. Any person who purchased the same product more than once or any person with a technical issue that a customer service representative is unable to resolve can report the billing error to service@affect3d.com or visit this page. Please provide the order number(s) in your email to help the customer service representative in resolving the issue.

Cancellation/Account Deletion

If you like to remove/delete your store account, you can contact service@affect3d.com or visit this page requesting an account deletion. A customer service representative will handle your account deletion to prevent any issues. Please note that by deleting your account, any purchase made under the account will not be accessible.
