Downloading on iPhone or iPad iOS

If you're an iPhone or iPad user and you're having trouble downloading your purchase you can review the video above or the steps below.

1. Login to your store account if you aren't already.

2. In the top right corner of your scren you'll find a dark red button with a person icon on it. Tap this to display a dropdown menu.

3. Tap the "My Downloads" option.

4. When the new page loads, scroll down past the top menu items. Under the menu should be a list of all your purchased products. The product name, image, and a download button should display.

5. Start your download by tapping the "Download" button.

6. A new authentication window and/or pop-up may open, displaying the file name you are about to download. Click "Download" or "Yes" to start the download.

7. In the top right corner of your browser you should see a new icon appear with a small progress bar displayed below it. This is the download progress bar. If you don't see it in the corner, trying scrolling to the top of the page. When the progress bar disappears, your download is finished.

8. Next tap the download icon in the top right corner of your browser. This will either open your most recent download, or if you have multiple recent downloads, display a list of recent downloads. If the list is displayed, tap the magnifying glass icon to open the file you want.

9. Your device will launch the Files app (this is a default app on your iPhone) and show you the folder where your download is located.

  • If the file is a .jpg, .png, or .mp4 file, you should be able to view it by tapping on it.
  • If the file is a .zip file, you will need to uncompress it first. Proceed to the next step

10. To uncompress a .zip file, tap and hold your finger down on the file name. This will bring up a menu. Tap "Uncompress" to unzip the file.

11. A new folder will appear in your Files app next to the .zip file you just uncompressed. Tap it to open it. Your files should be inside. Tap on them to open.
