Anti-Slavery Policy Statement
Affect3D has zero tolerance for modern slavery. We are committed to ensuring that all aspects of our business are free from slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labor, bonded labor, human trafficking, and any other practice that deprives a person’s liberty. This commitment extends to both the products we create and the business we conduct.
We require all the artists, contractors, suppliers, and other business partners to comply with this policy. Any individual or organization found to be in breach of this policy will be subject to dismissal and reporting to relevant authorities.
Responsibility for the policy
Affect3D takes overall responsibility for ensuring that this policy complies with our legal and ethical obligations, and that all those under our contract comply with it.
We accept the primary and day-to-day responsibility for implementing this policy, monitoring its use and effectiveness, dealing with any queries about it, and auditing internal control systems and procedures to ensure they are effective in countering modern slavery.
Affect3D management at all levels are responsible for ensuring those reporting to them understand and comply with this policy, and are given adequate and regular training on it and the issue of modern slavery.
Risk of modern slavery in 3DX
While modern slavery and human trafficking are a serious concern in the larger adult entertainment industry, 3DX is a relatively low risk industry for modern slavery. This is due to the fact that no real life models appear in our products. Instead, the sex acts presented in our products are performed by fictional characters, created with 2D and 3D art & animation software. The creation of these animations, images, and games is also highly technical and niche work which requires access to modern computing hardware and software. Affect3D works directly with the artists who create the products we sell, and because we only distribute digital versions of those products, our supply chains are very short. Nevertheless, the largely digital nature of our business has the potential to obscure wrongdoing, so Affect3D must regularly review our business to ensure the adult entertainment we distribute is created ethically.
Reporting modern slavery
If you believe or suspect a breach of this policy has occurred please contact us. We aim to encourage openness and will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith under this policy, even if they turn out to be mistaken. We are committed to ensuring no one suffers any detrimental treatment as a result of reporting in good faith their suspicion that modern slavery is or may be taking place in any part of our own business or in any of our supply chains.
